Use the feedback button on the live map (the speech-bubble icon, top right, and in the footer). It reaches the operator directly. Tell us the place and what looked wrong, and we'll follow up and correct it. We don't require an account and we don't store personal data — if you'd like a reply, include a way to reach you in your message.
What we can help with
- Corrections — a count, restoration time, place name, or map placement that looks wrong.
- Coverage requests — a utility whose live outage feed we don't yet read. Tell us the utility and its outage-map URL.
- Press & data questions — how the estimates are computed, our accuracy record, or using our reporting.
What we can't do: we are not your electric utility and can't restore your power, dispatch a crew, or see your individual account. To report your outage or a downed line, contact your utility's outage line directly — and in any life-threatening emergency, call 911. Find your serving utility and its official outage map by searching your address on the live map.
